To change the refresh time, add "?refresh=10" (or whatever number you want) to the end of the url. It's currently set so that you can only go as low as 10.
That number in the title doesnt mean anything special, it's random. I put it there so I can sit across the room and know that the page is still updating.
This page may take a while to load depending on woot, refreshes every 20 seconds.
CGI-issues occur when woot page receives heavy loads or woot is changing items, just refresh and it should come back.
Added some CGI protection, mostly depends on hits/woots site speed.
