Source: Yotpo Reviews pricing and Yotpo pricing, checked 24 October 2026. Yotpo's summary reads: "Yotpo Reviews & UGC has five plans. Free is $0/month and is available up to 50 orders per month. Starter starts at $15/month and scales with your monthly order volume, up to $129/month at 1,000 orders. Pro starts at $119/month and scales up based on your monthly order volume. Premium and Enterprise are custom-quoted."
How Yotpo works out the price
Yotpo prices by orders, not by reviews or review requests. Its page says "Reviews and Loyalty pricing scales with your store's monthly order volume", and you set an order-volume slider to see a figure. The page shows prices with a dollar sign and no currency code, and a check targeted at the UK showed the same dollar figures.
Yotpo says "Reviews and Loyalty pricing scales with your store's monthly order volume".
Two numbers are printed in plain text for Starter: the $15 starting price and $129 at 1,000 orders. Every Starter price in between comes from the slider, and so does every Pro price above $119. Those in-between figures were not published as text on the day we checked, so this page does not quote them. Move the slider to your own order count on Yotpo's page to see yours.
Yotpo pricing for UK stores
Yotpo's pricing page showed the same dollar prices to a check targeted at the UK. If you trade in pounds, ask for your quote in writing with the currency named, and ask whether VAT is added on top. Your card or bank may also charge for paying in dollars. The order-volume rules are the same wherever you are: the price is set by how many orders your store takes each month.
Is there a free Yotpo plan?
Yes. Yotpo says "Reviews & UGC offers a limited free plan for up to 50 monthly orders." It is the cheapest way to try Yotpo Reviews and suits a store that takes fewer than 50 orders a month. The page calls it limited, so check which features it includes against what you need, and ask Yotpo what happens to review requests in a month when you pass 50 orders.
Starter and Pro
Starter is the first paid plan. It starts at $15 a month and scales with orders up to $129 a month at 1,000 orders. Pro starts at $119 a month and "scales up based on your monthly order volume".
The difference that Yotpo spells out on the pricing page is what happens past the order limit. For Pro, "Brands on our Pro plan may either activate the reviews booster to automatically allow additional review requests to be sent as the order limit is exceeded for an additional fee or upgrade to a plan with more orders." The page we read does not give the booster's price. The feature differences between Starter and Pro are listed on Yotpo's plan cards; we did not verify them line by line, so compare them on the page before choosing.
Premium and Enterprise
Both are "custom-quoted". There is no published figure, so the only way to get a price is to talk to Yotpo. Brands that run several domains are also asked to get in touch: "Yotpo supports multiple domains. Talk to us and we can set up a customized plan. Additional fees may apply."
What happens when you go over your order limit
Your plan has an order limit. On Pro, you have two choices when you pass it: switch on the reviews booster to keep sending review requests, for an additional fee, or move to a plan with more orders. Yotpo's page does not say in the text we read what happens on Starter when you pass its limit, so ask before you sign up if your orders swing from month to month.
Monthly or annual billing
Yotpo says it offers "flexible month-to-month plans for those just getting started as well as annual contracts for brands looking for extra service and support." The page does not say which plans are monthly and which come with an annual contract. Ask which term applies to the plan you are quoted, and note the end date if it is annual.
Extra costs to ask about
These are the costs Yotpo itself mentions on its pricing pages, beyond the plan price:
- Reviews booster on Pro, for review requests past your order limit: "for an additional fee".
- Several domains: set up on a customised plan, where "Additional fees may apply."
- Platforms other than Shopify: "non-shopify platforms may require additional implementation and maintenance fees."
- Loyalty, if you want it: a separate product, also priced by monthly order volume.
A worked example: what a year costs
Using only the figures Yotpo prints in plain text, at the monthly list price and before any tax or add-ons:
- 50 orders a month: Free plan, $0 a year.
- 1,000 orders a month on Starter: $129 a month, which is $1,548 over 12 months.
- Anything in between, or Pro above its starting price: set the slider on Yotpo's page.
For a store that grows from 50 to 1,000 orders a month during the year, the Reviews bill moves from $0 to $129 a month on Starter. That is how order-based pricing is meant to work: the cost follows the size of the store.
How to check your own Yotpo cost
- Take your average monthly orders over the last three months, and your highest month.
- Set Yotpo's slider to both numbers and note the plan and price for each.
- Ask whether your plan is monthly or annual, and when an annual term ends.
- Ask what happens in a month when you pass your order limit, and what the booster costs if you are on Pro.
- Add any domain or platform fees from your quote.
- Multiply by 12 and compare with the tools below at the same volume.
Is Yotpo worth it?
Yotpo can suit a brand that wants reviews and loyalty from one company, priced in step with its orders, and that values the extra service and support Yotpo ties to its annual contracts. It also suits a store under 50 orders a month that wants to try Yotpo free.
If you only need reviews, the useful test is the price at your own order count. A store taking 1,000 orders a month pays $129 a month on Yotpo Starter. Whether that is good value depends on which features you use, and only you can weigh that.
Other options and their prices

Growth is $17 a month for up to 25 products and 250 invites, and Pro is $37 a month for unlimited products and invites across up to 5 websites. The Free plan covers reviews of your business with 75 invites a month. The same numbers apply in pounds in the UK (£17 and £37); prices exclude VAT and sales tax, and are monthly with no annual contract and no per-domain fee. Replying, flagging, moderation and ranking work the same on every plan.
We make GoldStarred, so weigh our listing with that in mind.
